House "La douceur d'Oléron"

Our delightful house, situated in the tranquil village of Chéray in the municipality of Saint Georges d'Oléron, is nestled in the heart of the Isle of Oléron.
You can enjoy its daily market (300 meters away) as well as all its amenities – bakery, newsagent, restaurant, chemist, mini-market, and more.
Conveniently, you'll have easy access to the cycle paths (around 150 meters away) to explore the entire Isle of Oléron and, if you desire, the beaches (3 km away, approximately 10 to 15 minutes by bike).
The house is about 4 to 5 km by car from various beaches on the west and east coasts (Sables-Vigniers, Plaisance, Domino, Foulerot, Douhet...).

It holds a 4-star furnished holiday home classification, ensuring the quality of the premises.

Our house can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms, each equipped with spacious wardrobes, duvets, and 160x200 beds. Upon arrival, your rooms will be ready for you, with bed-making service included in your rental.

Our fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge with a small freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, Tassimo machine, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, multi-function food processor, and beautiful crockery) is at your disposal. The kitchen opens onto a spacious living room with a large dining table seating 6-8, a sitting room with a sofa and coffee table, as well as a large flat-screen TV and CD radio. The house is air-conditioned.

Not forgetting our shower room with walk-in shower (90 x 100), washbasin unit, towel rail, hairdryer, and WC. The house also has a 2nd separate WC.

The garage has a washing machine and space for storing your bikes.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide board games, outdoor games, books, a shopping trolley, and baby equipment (high chair, potty, etc.) free of charge, as well as 3 bicycles.

There is an enclosed garden at the front of the house. Finally, at the back of the house, you will find a beautiful terrace equipped with a lounge, a table with chairs, two deckchairs, and an awning to enjoy the sun at your leisure.

Our concierge will be delighted to welcome you and will be on hand throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have.
If you wish, you can hire towels and table linen (25 euros) and a cleaning service at the end of your stay (70 euros).

Our house will provide you, your family, and your friends with moments of peace and relaxation while allowing you to discover the Isle of Oléron.

From the 2nd consecutive week of booking, a reduction of 100 euros is offered.
Following your reservation, you will receive a personalised contract containing all the conditions (cancellation, deposit) specific to our house.
